Today we hit the kitchen once again and came up with a great tasting low carb, low sugar Choc Peanut Butter Protein Brownie fueled by Fuel Protein WPI. They are a great substitute to the normally high carb/high sugar brownies and are so simple to make.
Ingredients
- 90g Fuel Protein WPI Chocolate
- 90g Lindt Dessert Cooking Chocolate (70% Cocoa) - melted
- 8 egg whites (large)
- 80g Stevia
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 60g Smooth Peanut Butter
- 100mL Chocolate Topping (check for the lowest sugar per 100ml)
- 225g Cream Cheese - softened on bench for 30mins (we used a low fat block)
Instructions
- Preheat fan forced oven to 175C
- Mix all ingredients excluding melted chocolate in bowl with electric beater until smooth
- Add melted chocolate and beat into mixture until combined
- Place in a brownie tin that is either greased or lined with baking paper
- Bake for 20 - 30mins until cooked
- Cool then cut into squares and enjoy as a low carb, sweet snack
