How should I take Fuel Protein’s Beta-Alanine?

Research suggests that Beta-Alanine needs to be consistently consumed each day, however when you take it isn’t nearly as important as ensuring you have a serve each day. Normally you’ll consume a serve of Beta-Alanine pre-workout due to the stimulant response you may experience. Studies have shown that consuming 1.5g of Beta-Alanine (1/2 a teaspoon) up to 3 to 4 times a day increases performance in High Intensity Training (short bursts of high impact activity with very little rest between sets) in as little as 4 weeks of consuming Beta-Alanine regularly.
