How to take the Fuel Protein Anabolic Muscle Building Pack to keep my body anabolic
- MORNING (upon rising) 1 x scoop of WPI with 1 x scoop of dextrose PRE-WORKOUT 1 scoop of dextrose or mix dextrose with your own pre-workout formula using creatine, arginie and beta alanine.
- INTRA-WORKOUT 1 scoop of dextrose with 1 teaspoon of BCAA's (flavour with natural cordial) POST WORKOUT 1 scoop of maltodextrin, 1 scoop of dextrose, 1 scoop of WPI EAT EVERY 2-3 HOURS (OR HAVE A SHAKE OF FUEL PROTEIN WPI)
